Welcome to Western Sydney Studio. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before booking, using our studio, or engaging with our services.


1. Studio Hire and Booking

Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once payment is received. A confirmation email will be sent to the customer to verify the booking details.

Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your studio hire or event. We accept major credit cards and online payment methods. Pricing for services is displayed on our website and is subject to change without notice.
‍
Cancellations and Refunds: Bookings may be canceled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled hire time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking may not be eligible for a refund. No-shows are not eligible for a refund.
‍
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late to your scheduled studio hire, the session will still end at the original time. Extensions may be possible based on availability but may incur additional fees.

2. Use of Studio Space
‍
Studio Equipment: The studio is equipped with professional lighting, backdrops, and various other equipment. You are responsible for the proper use and care of the equipment. Any damage to the studio or its equipment during your hire will result in additional charges for repairs or replacements.

Conduct: You and your team are expected to conduct yourselves in a professional and respectful manner while using our studio. Inappropriate behavior, excessive noise, or damage to the premises may result in immediate termination of your booking, with no refund issued.

Health and Safety: You are responsible for ensuring the safety of your team, models, and guests while in the studio. We comply with all relevant health and safety regulations and expect you to do the same during your hire.

3. Events and Functions
‍
Event Setup and Breakdown: Access to the studio for event setup and breakdown will be included in your hire time. Additional time required outside of your booking will be charged accordingly.
‍
Alcohol and Catering: If your event involves catering or the consumption of alcohol, you must inform us in advance. All alcohol must be served in compliance with local laws, and all waste must be properly disposed of following the event.
‍
Liability for Guests: You are responsible for the conduct of all guests at your event. Western Sydney Studio is not liable for any personal injury or property damage incurred during your event.

4. Intellectual Property and Content
‍
Ownership: Any content, photography, or videography created during your hire remains the property of the individual or company who created it. However, Western Sydney Studio reserves the right to use behind-the-scenes images or footage (with consent) for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Rights: You are responsible for ensuring that all necessary permissions and rights are obtained for any content created in our studio, including music, imagery, or other intellectual property. Western Sydney Studio is not liable for any third-party copyright infringements.

5. Limitation of Liability

Studio Use: Western Sydney Studio is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property sustained during your use of the studio, except in cases of gross negligence on our part. You assume full responsibility for all risks associated with the use of our facilities.

Force Majeure: Western Sydney Studio is not responsible for any disruptions or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or power outages.

6. Privacy and Data Use

Data Collection: By using our services, you agree to our collection of personal information, such as your name, contact details, and booking information. We respect your privacy and will not share your information with third parties without your consent. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

Security: We take all necessary steps to protect your data. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security, and we are not liable for unauthorized access to your personal information.
